Experience and professional activity

The company employs more than 90 insurance brokers, 4 of whom are also reinsurance certified. Their expertise in law, economics, risk management, new technologies and other fields allow us to provide our clients with security in the development of modern insurance policies.

The majority of the brokers' staff hold a university degree and the average length of service in the insurance sector exceeds 20 years.

At PWS Konstanta, we treat brokers as partners, not employees of the company. The organisational structure resembles a law firm - everyone is an important part of the whole. We do not build hierarchical corporate structures where people feel anonymous. Every success of the company is a success for the entire team, and if failure happens, we treat it as a shared lesson. Instead of pressure for results - we focus on collaboration and creating deep relationships. As a result, brokers and other partners feel that they have a real impact on what we create, and our team remains stable. Employee turnover is nearly zero, which results in high-quality client relationships.

The company employs a total of more than 100 people, almost 30% of whom have been with the company for 20 to 30 years, and more than half of the employees have been with us for 10 to 20 years. Our youngest team, on the other hand, who are just gaining work experience, bring new trends and skills to the company, and because they have grown up in the world of new technologies, these hold no secrets for them.

The insurance teams set up for specific groups of insurance risks have the task of providing expert advice both within the company and directly to our clients. TEAM OF CLAIMS HANDLING

The Public Procurement Department of PWS Konstanta S.A. offers a high level of service to our clients, ensuring participation on the client's side in public procurement proceedings - either as a representative of the contracting authority or as an expert in the tender committee.

For clients required to conclude insurance contracts under the Public Procurement Law we offer:

The Legal Department of PWS Konstanta S.A. is involved in the continuous adaptation of our activities to the changing legal requirements and standards, while at the same time taking care of the quality and content of the insurance contracts and insurance bonds of our clients concluded through us.
It also provides legal advice to our clients on insurance-related matters, taking into account the specificities of the industry, with particular emphasis on claims handling.

The department consists of an experienced team of 10 legal advisors and lawyers - specialists with in-depth knowledge of the applicable legal standards and insurance claims handling, as well as many years of experience gained in the brokerage and insurance industry and the Polish Insurance Association.

The claims handling department of PWS Konstanta S.A. provides our clients with comprehensive and specialised assistance in the area of claims handling at every stage, starting from the notification of the claim to the insurer and ending with the payment of compensation or benefits to the insured in a satisfactory amount.
The department is made up of an experienced team of specialists with knowledge and experience in the area of handling property, personal and vehicle insurance claims gained in the brokerage and insurance sectors.

The claims handling department provides full support to our clients through:

developing claims handling instructions immediately following the implementation of the insurance programme and training the insured's staff
analysis of possible loss scenarios in the customer's company and proposing preventive measures to improve safety
comprehensive assistance in the loss adjustment process - notification to the insurer, participation in the adjustment process, inspection of the site/subject of the damage, completion of the loss documentation
operation of an information system notifying the various stages of claims handling and the loss documentation gathered within its scope, with on-line access to the system for authorised representatives of the insured; generation of claim reports
formulating claims and applying to the insurer on behalf of the client
conducting negotiations with the insurer
supervising the timely payment of compensation and benefits
preparing claims handling and compensation decisions of the insurer
