Since 2019, we are continuing our uninterrupted collaboration with the Collegium Civitas Foundation, co-organising the annual conventions of Concilium Civitas - a group of the most eminent Polish social scientists working at the world's most important universities such as Chicago, Fribourg, Harvard, New York, Oxford, Princeton, Stanford or Yale.

A joint initiative of PWS Konstanta S.A. and Collegium Civitas is also the publication of the ‘Almanach Concilium Civitas’ - a yearbook providing an overview of global phenomena and trends that, in the opinion of the authors, are of particular relevance to Poland or in Poland, as well as the annual organisation of Concilium Civitas debates, which constitute a discourse on the contemporary world and society.

In previous years, participants of these unique events, held at the Polish Theatre in Bielsko-Biała, were among others Ladislau Dowbor - professor of economics, lecturer at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, former advisor to Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and consultant to the Secretary-General and several United Nations agencies, and Nina Witoszek-Fitzpatrick - professor of cultural history at the University of Oslo, also lecturing at the European Institute in Florence and the University of Galway (Ireland), and guest lecturer at Stanford University and the University of Cambridge.

In addition to the Almanac, we financed the publication of books by authors such as Adam Zagajewski (“Poezja da początkujących”, in which the reader will find sketches devoted to poets and prose writers), Jacek Proszyk ("Życie według wartości. Żydowscy liberałowie, syjoniści i ortodoksi w Bielsku-Białej” - the first publication devoted to the Jewish community of Bielsko-Biała in the interwar period.
The facts and events from the history of the city written down in the book, enriched by the memories of the pre-war citizens, show a rich social, economic, political and cultural life and present the society of Bielsko-Biała, which was characterised by tolerance, mutual forbearance and numerous philanthropic activities - values so important in today's world).
and Barbara Osterloff (“Pejzaż. Rozmowy z Mają Komorowską dawne i nowe” - the part entitled “Po latach”, which completed the fascinating and difficult topic of the interpenetration of art and life).
Our company has also put into the hands of its clients and friends a co-financed (photographic) album about Bielsko-Biała - the city in which the company was established almost thirty years ago - a regional but nationwide company. The album is dedicated to Bielsko - Little Homeland, which PWS Konstanta wants to promote and show in an unconventional way.

We value the aesthetics and inspiration associated with the visual arts - photography and painting. For many years we have undertaken publishing initiatives, which have included the creation of author's calendars, brochures, marketing materials of PWS Konstanta and albums with works by Polish artists. We enter each New Year with calendars that focus on art.

We entered the year 2025 with a calendar featuring the works of Niko Raič - this time a Croatian artist working in Poland, the UK and Austria. The calendar was realised as part of the “Chromatic Code” project, in which paintings coexist with musical works created by twelve composers from the Royal College of Music. Raič's works combine painting with the realm of music, where the artist, fascinated by sound, light or smell, demonstrates a counter-intuitive treatment of the media and materials he encounters. This idea is a continuation of his previous publishing initiatives, which included the creation of various company publications.

Following the path of mainly Polish artists, we have published calendars and folders:

• with works by Jerzy Dmitruk, a respected Krakow artist, featuring prints, watercolours and oil paintings from the cycles "Siewca urodzaju", "Żywot malarza", "Misja", "Drzewa objawień", "Dom", "Ogród pierwszej miłości", "Starocerkiewny" and "Zakochany, zagubiony mężczyzna",
• Małgorzata Rudowicz de Rudee's collections “Muza niewcierpliwa” and “Uległe formy kobiecości”,
• inspired by magical realism, containing a selection of paintings by Karolina Orzełek, an artist from Bielsko-Biała who lives and works in Paris, inviting us into a world situated on the borderline between dream and dark vision, reminiscence and illusion, whose fantastic colours add a new, symbolic dimension to reality,
• Jarosław Jaśnikowski, an artist from Legnica, representative of the magical realism and steampunk trends, who presents alternative worlds in his paintings, subject to completely different laws of physics, mocking gravity or fantastic vehicles and machines (calendars "Architektonicznie", "Pojazdy latające"),
• Adam Widełka,creating hyper-realistic portraits with characteristic metaphorical motifs, which are an inherent feature of his style, being an ironic element against the background of the models' statuesque beauty,
• Bartosz Czarnecki, creator of abstract paintings and figurative works with a clear, rhythmic texture, which creates the effect of ‘jittering’ compositions,
• Bartosz Stypka - an artist interested in visual activities in the urban space, including graffiti in the broadest sense, for whom the hand-cut stencil has become the basic technique (Animalis Calendar).

The works of the above-mentioned artists, purchased by PWS Konstanta S.A., have also been the objects of charity auctions, in which our company actively participates.
