With the aim of improving the quality of services provided to our customers and to ensure the security of the processes carried out in the course of the cooperation with our partners, PWS Konstanta S.A. implemented an Integrated Management System in 2014, in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and PN ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management) standards in the declared scope, which was confirmed by the awarding of relevant certificates by independent certification bodies. Such a system makes it possible to manage the organisation in a comprehensive and unified manner.
The ISO 9001 certification we have obtained proves that we meet our customers' requirements and that we are constantly improving the system's effectiveness. However, the best proof of meeting the requirements of the standard, and at the same time our reward is customer satisfaction, which we systematically survey. The results obtained are the basis for new initiatives taken by our company to ensure the quality of the services offered.
The ISO 27001 certificate held by PWS Konstanta S.A. confirms that an international standard is applied at each stage of customer service and in all business processes implemented in the company, ensuring confidentiality, reliability and availability of entrusted data. Additionally, we would like to emphasise that data protection and the highest quality of the services provided have always been and still remain our priority.
